About

At Lee Funeral Home and Crematory in Little River, South Carolina, we believe the vibrant lives of our friends and neighbors deserve uniquely personalized memorial tributes.

Beautiful memorials inspired by life

Chapel at Lee Funeral HomeWe transform stories of life into a tribute to be remembered by all who attend. Tell us about driving passions and distinct personality traits, and we will integrate elements to create an especially meaningful service.

Imagine a beach-themed tribute in the water, with guests in comfortable beachwear and keepsake vials of sand for guests to pass down in remembrance. Envision a bike-in held in honor of your family’s avid cyclist, with their treasured bike on display in our spacious stateroom and their cycling club providing a 2-wheeled escort to the funeral coach. Our creative resources coupled with your imagination make almost any final wish come true.

Traditional, military and modern services

Select a traditional religious ceremony or an upbeat celebration of life—or combine elements of each to create your perfect personal fit. Military funerals with military honors mark a distinctive chance to salute a lifetime of service to our nation. Those who choose cremation can take comfort in our on-site cremation service, assuring the correct remains are prepared on our premises after a viewing and before optional burial or scattering.

At Lee Funeral Home, our interfaith chapel welcomes families of every background and religious tradition. Welcome your guests to our Magnolia room for a professionally catered reception, with your favorite dishes prepared and served by our team, so you can spend more time in the company of those you love. From decor to music, count on us to guide you through each detail as you create the perfect final farewell.

Please contact Lee Funeral Home and Crematory anytime if we may assist with funeral arrangements in Little River, or if you would simply like a personal tour of our chapel.

History

In October 1998, Allen Lee, Tommy George, Wayne George and Ken Foster decided that the North Myrtle Beach area needed its own funeral home to serve nearby families. After carefully selecting a site in Little River, construction began, and on May 8, 1999, a ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the opening of Lee Funeral Home and Crematory. Today, we specialize in beautifully created memorial tributes that reflect vibrant individuality.
